Trying new things... I've never cooked an artichoke. I am going to try it today. I'll let you know how it goes.
I can't believe the end of March is here. I'm at a loss for words right now. Not much to post.

haha I was going to ask how you liked it --- I liked marinated artichokes in my salad and think I've had a steamed artichoke once. Great pics though, Jen - continuing to enjoy them a lot.
